The
mention of her name will certainly ring a bell with very
many people in Wales, because she is no less than a former "Welsh
Woman of the Year", who has also been entertained in
Downing Street in recognition of her business achievements
and contribution to the diverse enterprise culture which
has transformed a region previously dependent on heavy industry.
La Baguette du Jour went on to win the
prestigious "Small Business of the
Year Award" and a host of other awards, including "Sandwich
Bar of the Year".
